Karima Miller has over 10 years of people experience and is an advocate, innovator and connector at heart. She enjoys expanding her knowledge & skills, utilizing creativity and maximizing resources, in the pursuit of enhancing processes, policies, programs, and environments that create opportunities for others to feel empowered to do and be their best!
She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. She holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and her Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute of Diversity Certification.
She has experience in all facets of human resources, training and facilitation and building strategies and programs for DEI initiatives. Currently, she resides in Rochester, NY with her daughter, Amirah and works at Rich Products as their first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader.
