Dr. Maria Rodriguez is an accomplished Learning and Development leader with over 20 years experience promoting and supporting organizations’ talent and operational goals. With L&D expertise, strong business acumen, high technology aptitude and a passion to strengthen Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) within organizations, Maria leads corporate-wide learning initiatives through facets of adult learning methodology, content curation, employee engagement, employee development, technology selection, metrics, business insight, and business performance.
Throughout her career, Maria has held extensive roles within national and global organizations serving multi-national workforce up to 120,000 employees, representing over 108 nationalities. With strong DEI insight, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, Maria consults with all

Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Washington Adventist University, a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development from Towson University, an Educational Technology Specialist professional degree as well as her Doctoral degree in Adult Education from Walden University. As a continuation of her lifelong learning journey in 2021 Maria earned a Diversity & Inclusion certification and a Chief Learning Officer certification.
